Simon Gilbert has signed for Melksham for this coming season, he has recently had spells at Bristol Manor Farm and Weston Super Mare.
“Gilly can play anywhere in midfield and will will add a much needed ruthless streak to our squad. He’s played at this level and higher and brings in a calming presence in possession of the football and has a tenacious attitude off the ball.
