Melksham Town FC are delighted to announce the signing of attacking player - Adam Kelly from Thatcham Town FC. Adam has previously played for clubs such as Weymouth, Taunton, Truro and Salisbury City. He creates lots of assists and has a great eye for goal!
Manager, Rich Fey, commented,' I'm really excited to sign Adam Kelly, especially for the supporters as he is a very good player. For the past two seasons, Adam has scored goals for Thatcham and he has always been a threat when I've managed teams against him. He really will strengthen our squad and will bring much experience to the side.'
Adam commented, 'It is an absolute pleasure to be linking up with Feyer and his team here at Melksham Town FC. It is clearly a club with fantastic facilities and a growing community focussed fan base- both of which are the best in the league. I hope my experience at this level can help us push towards the top of the table this season- another league title or promotion is something I'm personally driven to achieve- which aligns nicely with the management and club's ambition. I'd like to put on record my thanks to Robbo, Darts and the rest of the staff, players and fans at Thatcham Town FC for an enjoyable two seasons and wish them the best of luck. In the meantime, I hope everyone is keeping safe and well during this difficult time- I look forward to meeting everyone soon!
