Melksham Town Football Club are looking for a reliable, confident and enthusiastic administrator to provide effective office support to the Directors and the various committees of the club.
The role is part-time with a 24-hour working week, which is flexible to suit the successful applicant and the Directors.
This role will entail:
Front of house/Meet & Greet/Main point of contact with Corporate Events
General answering of telephone
Admin duties including emails and forwarding purchase invoices to the Financial Director
Taking Corporate bookings
Liaising with kitchen staff re. catering requirements for bookings
Keeping records of all youth registration fees.
Entering signing on forms into computer
Ordering kit bi-annually for youth section
Chasing outstanding registration fees
Logging match fees for each team
Ordering stationery, kitchen equipment and cleaning equipment
Keeping records of staff holidays & absences
Filing accounts paperwork
Archiving old files
Any adhoc duties as and when required by the directors
Salary: £10 per hour
